Yet Another New Year Resolution
|
|
In 2006 I made a resolution to come up with a calendar of my child/children every year. 2007 calendar came a bit late but I failed to produce one last year hahahaha...So this year, instead of painstakingly making the whole 12-months calendar, I will slowly do it month by month. And thanks to free quickpages and digital scrap freebies, I can come out with a nice one without much hassle (and my boss catching me sitting in front of my computer for hours photoshop-ing ).
So here goes for January. My hunny bunnies.
Credits to http://sansans-paradise.blogspot.com/ for the QP.
Nina is currently 21kg, very active albeit her weight(no she is not obese, her height somehow countermeasure the weight ) very very chatty and always full of ideas to make my blood go upstairs
Hafie is a very easy baby. Sleeps as early as 8.00pm. Bf until he's full, put him in his cot, pat him for the most 15 minutes and he'll be away in lala land. Not even his sister's ears-shattering-shout can wake him up. Wakes up max twice at night for milk. Very easy to handle. Can leave him on his bumbo with the playgym or simply switch on the telly and he can play by himself for almost an hour. Magic kan!!! Sooooo much different than Nina
So my resolutions for this year are
1) Patience...patience...patience (and my patience has be tested on the 1st of Jan )
2) Be a better person, tingkatkan ibadah, tambah pahala, kurangkan dosa
3) Increase my $aving$
Happy New Year peeps (Hijr & Gregorian)!!!!

PD Short Trip
|
|
Im not lying when I said short. However, the 2d 1n stay at Corus Paradise Resort was sooo much fun fun fun plus we were accompanied by atukmak, makngah & maksu...
Wanted to bring Hafie for a test-dip in the pool but unfortunately it was drizzling. Kakak je mama bagi can since she was eagerly talking non-stop about "mandi simming pool" since they fetched me from the office through out our journey to PD

End-of-confinement trip
|
|
3 years ago, we went up to Cameron Highland to celebrate my end-of-confinement period. This time, we’ve chosen kuantan as 1) our dear friends Eliana n Azali are getting married 2) missing its nice beach 3) craving for Tanjung Lumpur’s heavenly seafood.
Alhamdulillah the journey went smoothly n safely albeit longer preparation time (1 night stay with 1 toddler + 1 infant = trunkloads of stuff) and an emergency pittstop (Nina’s stomach was not well and I don’t need to go into details)
The bride & groom were sooo lovely. Congratulations again Elly & Jali!!! Met Afya for the first time and she's such a cutie pie...Sian berpanasan kne tgu kitorang yg lambat.
Jai was soo happy as he got to jejak kasih with his ex-housemate. Accidentally bumped into him & his lovely wife & son at Carrefour East Coast Mall when we were looking for the discounted Nescafe (iye, sampai kuantan beli Nescafe). Then we went to the much awaited seafood dinner at Tanjung Lumpur. Dirt cheap glorious seafood. No pictures taken as my hands were busy juggling between Hafie, prawns, squids, lala & ikan bakar among others
Yes, I ate seafood, ice cream, ‘cold’ vegetables/fruits right after my 40 days of confinement so sue me…But I still avoid the ones yang berangin as I am exclusively bf. Don’t wanna risk my dear Hafie (and my sleep at night)

Raya 2008 - Backdated entry
|
|
I was still in confinement...unpatiently waiting for day-40 in which we had some makan-makan for Hafie's aqiqah (no photo due to kelam-kabutness handling guests and the 2 kiddos)...
Alhamdulillah, praises to the Almighty that granted us health to celebrate this raya with a new member of the family. Though Syawal had passed, hope its not too late to wish all Eid-Mubarak and Maaf Zahir & Batin from Jai, Apis, Nina & Hafie...

Another makan series to satiate mak buyung's craving. Overall :service - good, food - not bad, price - ok since the serving was quite a lot. But not recommended for family with active toddler like mine as they display all their decorative glasses/crystals behind our seats??? Luckily the restaurant was about to close hence there were not many people hearing me constantly nagging, shouting and yelling
